Naga Transformation

I had an old talk with one of my friends about how would Kaa transform into a Naga? So, I came up with this idea long ago and was trying to think something else that he can transform differently. But of course, I didn't have time to get back to it so this one will have to do for awhile until I think of another way. Was even thinking of drawing pics of his transformations into a snake, human, Naga and the evil Naga. So in this pic, his scarf is usually used as like a tail when he's a human, but if he wanted to transform into a Naga or a snake, the scarf would twist and turn into large coils until the transformation is complete.
